Each year the Northern Rhode Island Council of the Arts partners with the St. Ann Arts and Cultural Center to present Mardi Gras. This year, due to the pandemic, Mardi Gras cannot be held as usual. Instead the two organizations are teaming up with Chelo's in Woonsocket. A Mardi Gras atmosphere will be created, Zydeco music will be played and everyone who participates will be entered into a free drawing for several prizes. Don't forget to wear your Mardi Gras beads!
Chelo's will feature a special menu for the day
French meat pie by the slice or whole pie.

Chelo's will donate up to 20% of your check to the
Northern Rhode Island Council of the Arts for its scholarship progam.
This includes both dine-in and take-out. A certificate is needed.
