Restoration of this massive building is forever on going. This past year St Ann Arts and Cultural Center updated in Several areas.
1. Old Baptismal Room that has been closed close to 30 years with is now open for Brides and great picture opportunities. Major Restoration has gone int this project to open for the public to utilize
2. Refinished Large kitchen area floors with Epoxy Finish. ( Both areas Prep room and Wash Area.
3. Completed a New Serving area in the main gallery ( Church) to host function and events.
4. New Rails added to front terrace.
5. New Window screens for rear Sacristy.
6. New kitchen Cabinets for Kitchen
7. New Counter Tops in Kitchen,
8. New Refrigerator.
9. New Cooler.
10. Three New Chandeliers in front lobby.
11 . Fire proofed curtains on Ten Large windows in Auditorium.
12. New Door on Rear of Sacristy.
13. Elevator Hallway completely redone, New floor tiles paint and new closet door,
14. Windows resealed
15. Large Main Entrance Way and Large Hallway into Auditorium completely refinished , Ceiling, Walls and Floors.
16. New Banister and rails added to Upper Entrance of Auditorium.
17. Three New Art Deco hanging lighting fixtures added to Auditorium entrance way.
18. 10 New Lighting Fixtures to Main Auditorium
19. Large fire proof Theater Curtains Privacy Walls in Bridal Sweet and Serving Area
20. Meeting Room Repainted and New Weather shield on Windows.
