Rev. Ernest Batten, Pianist

Performing throughout the morning will be Rev. Ernest Batten. Originally from Plainfield, Vermont, Rev. Batten has been a minister, pianist and organist for well over 50 years. He studied music at Boston University College of Fine Arts, and has been playing both of these instruments in churches, conferences, concerts and events all over the East Coast throughout the years. He continues to love to play since retiring, and at 85, feels blessed to still have the ability to play, though he is now legally blind. Ernie continually enjoys sharing his love of music with anyone who would like to listen.
